Why Budget appeared
AURUS Budget was created as a practical business assistant: it turns scattered numbers into a readable plan and shows whether a business can survive the chosen expenses, sales and reserve target.
Budget calculation core
The module already calculates the main business contour: starting money, monthly revenue, growth, delayed payments, fixed expenses, payroll, taxes, debts, development investments and reserve target.

Activity and sales planner
The current kernel contains an activity catalog for trade, services, IT, light industry, production, logistics, catering and medicine. It recommends markup, considers season mode and can calculate extra goods in a basket.
Expense map
Expenses are split into readable groups: premises, utilities, security, cleaning, communication, accounting, marketing, materials, packaging, tools, transport, payroll, vacations, business trips, IT services, leasing, banks, legal, audit, certification, insurance and contingency reserve.
Loans as a risk tool
The assistant treats loans as a last option, not as the first answer. It supports working capital loans, investment loans, credit lines, overdraft, equipment loans, vehicle loans, commercial mortgage, factoring, leasing, microloans, SME subsidized loans and tender financing.
Taxes and scenarios
Budget supports tax presets and custom taxes, then checks several future scenarios: cautious, normal, aggressive and crisis. This helps see cash gaps before they happen.
AURUS Advisor
The advisor explains the result in human language: whether the plan is dangerous, how much revenue is missing, when cash can go negative, what reserve is needed and what should be reduced or improved first.
Sales and SEO assistant
The module already contains the direction for connecting budget, sales, website and promotion: target sales, product priorities, SEO tasks, titles, descriptions, search phrases, pages and ad ideas.
Update core
Budget is prepared for the AURUS update route: local version, server version, patch state, update history and future package delivery through the AURUS update core.
Future development
The next step is to grow Budget into a stronger documentation base and then connect it with the future AURUS ERP, account economy, Mind recommendations and ecosystem business tools.
