AURUS Budget 0.1.15: update

Beta 0.1.15 Quiet update mode: downloaded packages no longer close the app immediately. Fixed restart loop during automatic update checks. Added guard against launching AurusBudgetUpdater twice. Server check is calmer: longer interval and slower progress animation. Top panel alignment fixed for the language selector.
